During the Labour Day holiday, we organized a family outing at the Hulu Langat waterfalls. Our families had been actively organizing trips whenever convenient to keep close relations among the siblings. It is situated at Kingfisher Chalet off Batu 9 Jalan Hulu Langat. It is on the same road to Agrotech. The chalet hosted dorms, family rooms for overnight stay. We rented 2 rooms for a day stay. They had erected a mini dam to contain the stream creating a small pool for their customers to play & swim.

We had brought along ready and raw food for breakfast, lunch & evening snack. The men took a short break for the Jumaat prayer at a nearby mosque. Lost my sandal there. The ladies prepared food and served delicacies with durian bought from the nearby village.
The water is cold since it flows down from the densely sprouting hills. The owner also had a large fish pond to cater for those fishing enthusiast. By late evening everyone was ready to pack and headed home.
