Had earlier planned to go in 2 cars. But somehow some people did not turn up and all 5 crammed into my car instead. Left 8.30 am . Stopped over at Tapah rest area for refreshment. This place is popular for its Jambu Batu.
Reached Sungai Siput at 11.30am. Sungai Siput is 20km north east of Ipoh. Prior to the construction of the North South Highway, traffic to the north to Penang & Alor Star has to pass through this town.
Sarmila is already on the dias with her husband when we arrived. We met Zul, Subra and some others who make separate trip arrangement for the wedding. We stayed on until the ceremony ended and took a group photo with the newly-wed.
Left the wedding at 1pm and stop-by my brother's house 2 minutes from the place. Had chit chat for awhile and left for KL soon. Stopped over at Tapah rest area for prayers. Had Baskin Robins ice cream but its all on the boss. Reached KL 4.30pm
